Welcome to Vangkhojol_Travels (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Nature of Service

  • We operate solely as a booking agent for third-party vehicle operators (individual drivers or companies).
  • We do not own, operate, or control any of the vehicles or transport services listed.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you arrive at the pickup point on time.
  • You must comply with any rules, regulations, or requirements set by the vehicle operator.

3. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The pickup time selected during booking is indicative and subject to change based on availability and route conditions. Bookings made without sufficient notice may be declined, and we reserve the right to reschedule such bookings as necessary.

Bookings made without 24 hours’ notice are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We hold no liability for delays or inability to provide service if booked outside our recommended notice period.

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, depending on the operator’s policy.
  • Prices may vary depending on route, vehicle type, season, and operator policy.
  • Bookings are not transferable unless permitted by the operator.

4. Partial Payment / Confirmation Amount

  • Some bookings may require only a confirmation amount to secure the seat.
  • The remaining fare is to be paid to the driver directly, as per their instructions.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Booking confirmation fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation policies are determined by the vehicle operator and may vary.
  • In the event the operator cancels a trip, we will assist in rebooking or initiating a refund as per operator policy.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Vehicle breakdowns
    • Delays due to traffic or road conditions
    • Misconduct by drivers or passengers
    • Loss of personal belongings

7. Travel Responsibility

We are not liable for delays, service disruptions, accidents, or changes in schedule caused by the operator. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the pickup point on time.

8. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
